Does Weatherbit support invoicing via purchase order?
Yes. However, the following additional conditions will apply. (1) Annual billing is required as well as NET 30* billing terms. (2) Minimum of a "Business" subscription is required. (3) An Enterprise subscription may be required if any custom billing terms (ie. NET 45, NET 60), or service terms are required.
Can I be billed annually?
Yes. Annual plans can be enrolled in the dashboard. Please contact email@example.com for plans paid by bank transfer, or via an purchase order/invoicing process.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit card for monthly subscriptions. Credit/Debit or bank transfer for annual subscriptions. Additional payment methods may be selected in the dashboard depending on the user's region (such as SEPA direct debit).
How do I modify the invoices to show my company information?
Simply login, select the "Billing / Manage Subscription" tab, and add your companies information. After your information is updated, the information should appear on any future invoices.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit businesses?
Yes. We offer a discount on all of our plan options for US Certified 501(c) Non-Profit organizations.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices appear in the account dashboard. To view them, simply login, and select the "Billing / Manage Subscription" tab. Invoices and receipts are also sent monthly to the billing email on your account.
